Returns

We want you to feel confident bringing 15 Arras into your home.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Because each piece is produced in small batches, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We currently offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Because our textiles are printed by hand, slight variations in print placement, colour, and texture are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
