2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because our items are produced in small batches, quantities may be limited. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

3. Handmade & Natural Variations

Our textiles are printed and finished using traditional processes. Slight variations in print placement, colour, texture, and stitching are a natural part of handmade production and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if processing has already begun.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

15 Arras is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted that policy.
